Wedding Planning..

Planning for a wedding is one things that most brides especially grooms take lightly. Most people think its about the millions they have in their accounts,off course it is about the millions because you can always hire a wedding planner to run around for u.

What if u can't affort a wedding planner, what do u do? Well from my experience, it is not easy to save and wait to have millions in your bank account, problems and issues to solve will never finish. I always advice bride to sacrifice their time into planning their one day event.

Having a wonderful wedding doesn't mean u need to have millions and thousands of kwacha in your bank account waiting to be used, its about how you manage the funds that u have available and the time you have to prepare. The question brides ask me is:

How does one manage to make it work?!

Well the best thing one can do is get rid off all the small costs that may stress u in future. These costs are costs of items, vendors that u can have and book months or even a year before your wedding.

Make a checklist that you will look at and tick or cross out every bill u settle or item u purchase.

1. Make bookings for Venue, wedding vendors.

2. Buy / hire your out fits ie. Wedding gowns and suits for the grown.

We are blessed with understanding vendors in Zambia who can allow you to pay 20% even 10% of the total amount of the quotation they give u for the service that you want them to offer, provided

you finish paying the full amount before wedding day.

Therefore one can book and reserve by paying the small amount and continue paying as they are preparing for the wedding. This helps you have a debt free wedding. It works trust me.
